It's not that apple themed, but it is nice, I'd love to get my hands on it and start creating my own themes :)

Can I just clarify... is this just a theme for the Q5, or did someone find a way to install a totally different OS in the Q5?

Its most likely a theme. In some of the previews it shows that there can be user created themes.
