I'm putting this in iAudio 7 because that's the Cowon I know I'm going to get, but it might be more of a general question. Cowon LiveHelp told me that the software to convert video to transfer it to a player is PC only. They said there is 3rd party software for Mac that can let me get video to a Cowon player. Does anyone know what options there are for that?

I know audio is drag and drop, but I think video needs to be converted somehow.

P.S. So happy about the 7 coming out!!! I thought it would be months before it hit the U.S.

P.P.S. I was wondering where I was going to get video content, but then I saw this article you all might like too: http://mashable.com/2007/05/05/download-youtube-video/

THANK YOU

I'm not sure if they have already added i7 profile in jetAudio video converter or not, but if it's the same profile as for U3, then search in the U3 subforum, lots of useful info there.

You can use either visual hub or FFmpegx to convert video for any Cowon product. You just need to select the video size so for example you can set it to 160x128). Visual hub is super easy to use however FFmpegx has many more features. I use them to convert tv shows and put them on my A2 :jamming:

Let me clarify since MaxSt has nothing better to do with his time. You can use Visual Hub or FFmpegx to convert video for any Cowon product that plays video, anyone with half a brain can figure out that is what I meant, when I said it can "convert video for any Cowon product." I have used them for every one I own and they work great!:jamming:
