SlingPlayer Mobile and Cowon Q5

Since the Cowon Q5 supports Windows CE, and since it also has Wi-Fi capabilities, could anyone verify whether SlingPlayer Mobile could be installed and used on a Cowon Q5? That would clinch it for me.

have you tried to search whether or not there is a slingplayer build for Windows CE. I dont think there is.

The only mobile versions available are Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Windows Mobile Smartphone, so no i dont think these either would install on windows CE.

The latest SlingPlayer Mobile supports Windows Mobile 6 Professional, which is in fact, Windows CE 5.02...so perhaps there's a chance for support...Someone who has access to a Cowon Q5 would be able to test it...therefore, the question above is asked: Could SlingPlayer Mobile 1.5 be installed and used on a Cowon Q5?

maybe so, tbh i dont know much about windows Ce and Mobile application capabilities. It would be a nice touch though if it could work.

I just tried this tonight. It doesn't work. Apparently, the Slingbox will run on the Pocket PC version, or Windows Mobile, but not CE. Whenever I tried to install the Slingplayer client on the Q5, I got a message stating the install was not a valid CE package.
