View Full Version : About to buy F2 4GB - last minute questions...

Is there any reason for me to hold my breath about the just announced iAudio 7 reaching the USA anytime within a year? If it's in Korea this July, when might it reach the USA? I would hate to get the F2 (which feels like my top choice) and then have the 7 be available soon. Just any ideas from past USA launch times would be appreciated. I know nobody can really predict, but just your hunch...

Also does anyone have the clear plastic case that's at http://www.jetmall.net/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=294

The picture makes it look like it covers the control buttons, so I'm wondering if it's just for transport vs. keeping it on while using. It says it goes with the armband, but if the buttons are covered, I don't get it.

hi,

i made the mistake with my F2 (not that the F2 is a bad DAP by all means it's GREAT!). at the time the D2 was un-heard of till after i bought my F2 and then 2 months later it was released. wait for the iAudio 7. the features are all the same besides they added a new feature within the JetEffect and also the battery life is better by far. it should come in late August or September .

I have it, cover the control buttons, but anyway they are easy to use :)

wait for the i7... 60 hrs battery life, which is 3x as much

if battery life isnt really important to you, go ahead and get the F2... they are pretty similar in terms of features, sound quality, etc

Buy one, I just sold my iAUDIO D2 because I was never happy with the way it sounded and got a F2 instead.

The F2 sounds fantastic[biggrin]
