A2 scheduler not working

For the 1st time I tried to schedule a TV recording (my firmware is 1.67E) but to my disappointment it failed to work. I might have done it wrongly. Can anyone tell me the steps? It's not too clear in the manual.

How far in advance did you set it up? I think I've had issues if I try to set up a recording too close to when it's supposed to start. Try giving it a few hours.
