This isn't real... I just made it for fun. But doesn't it look sexy? :P Maybe it's a possibility for the future.

That looks nice, but alittle too Ipodish for my tastes. Silver would be nice though.

I want to see a red with black accents type of look. Or just straight up Navy Blue.

Edit: Looks at avatar... meh, I guess white would be ok.

Yes, reminds me too much of the ipod, the ipod is really an ugly player if you look at the side by side comparison to the x5.

I totally agree. Silver (like the M3) would be great.

That's awesome. Love the aluminum.

One of the main reasons I would love to have "silver" is that it tends to hide scratches better (at least on automobiles).

Anyway, it's mainly wishful thinking. Thanks for the mockups.

someone should start a custom painted mp3 player business..
you can charge ridiculous premium just for the custome paint job.. just like certain notebook vendor *cough voodoopc* cough

...make a mold, plastic/fiberglass the badboy, and paint away... custom faceplates :-)

wow the blue is very nice!! Great work.

i think iaudio would make alot of money if they had custom paint jobs for a small extra price.

when your ordering you could either send them a picture, some kind of design, or a specific color, so they could airbrush it on there for you.

i would spend more then $50 CND if they would airbrush the jamaican flag on there for me.

now all iaudio needs is a guy or a girl who can airbrush, and will work around the clock for less then minimum wage. :D

A carbon fiber one doesnt look that good imo...

It just doesnt match to the style the X5 has! If you wanna have a carbon mp3player just buy the iRiver H3X0!

I think carbon fiber would look good if it has the clear layer over it. Since your PS image didn't add a shiny clear coat, it looks ugly.

Black looks best!
