Two annoying little bugs

"Add to DPL" doesn't work for directories in tag browsing mode and the "long" Menu button doesn't pause/resume the music playing in picture or text mode ( so I have to lose my position in text each time I want to pause music ).

Where should I report those bugs ( and make feature requests ) ? I tried Q&A, but I can't sign up on cowonglobal ( http://www.cowonglobal.com/member/member_join.php ), it's bugged too [excited] never sent me the mail with my password.

Hello, same problem when i try to register, I have account at hotmail.com and yahoo.fr. With hotmail, it doesn't work, but with yahoo, no problem. Very strange, they don't like hotmail [blink]

I had to register with the Q & A service with 3 different email addresses before I managed to get a password from Cowon. The 2 which did not work were both legitimate and mainstream service providers. However, it has not been worth the effort - my most recent question (over a week ago) has not received any answer at all. When I have received replies, the technical support staff obviously did not understand my question and their english was so poor that their response was totally unclear.

With my latest support request I have gone direct to my national distributor (www.haldex.com.au). I received an immediate reply to my email and the service manager has promised to get an answer from Cowon if he can't work it out himself. I will wait and see what happens.
