That looks like a D2, right? Is that a real firmware pictured there? Is this what the Korean firmware one looks like?

I stand corrected! Hadn't heard of the N2...

N2 or D2... That's a nice looking GUI. No wasted real estate like in the D2. All the functions I see depicted are available in the D2. How difficult could it be for Cowon to supply the N2 or similar GUI as a Skin for the D2?

I agree, I would love to have that. I was hoping it would be the Korean D2 firmware, in which case I would have installed it instantly.

It does look very nice. However keep in mind on the layout, the N2 is a 7" screen while the D2 is significantly smaller, so the buttons would end up much smaller and possibly not practical. I would definitely like to see some more slick new skins for the D2 though (officially from Cowon would be nice). I tried messing with the graphics to come up with new ones, but it turned out to be alot harder than I had hoped. Was able to change the shade but the existing buttons, but that's about it. All other attempts came out awful. :-(
