Default font size

Under latest firmware in English I can change default font colour. Is there any way of altering default font size ?

Nope.

You can, however, apply MaxSt's font patch, which will make the font bold, and thus much more readable. Search for it on these forums. I can't find it right now, and I gotta run to an exam.
