e-Mail From PCIHO.com (UK Site)
We are expecting delivery on an initial quantity of 20 & 30GB players at the end of the month.
At present we are expecting the 60GB version to arrive around 1 month after the 20 & 30GB units. This is based on information received from our supplier.
For your reference the SRP's for the UK are currently set at;
20GB £249.00
30GB £269.00
60GB £299.00
Obviously once we have product we will reflect our sell pricing on the www.pciho.com site.

Thanks En_Croute.
Did you ask about the X5L? If not what is their e-mail address so I can.
Just had a look at their terms and conditions, doesn't look like they do international delivery:
"To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK"
Dont panic - suntec'll have em not long after the UK - in days (and cheaper)

That's not good for us in the UK though. Those prices are expensive, we get screwed for everything.

I've heard back from "Advanced MP3 Players.co.uk" when I asked about the X5L 30Gb:

As long as I have it by August (when I next go on holiday) I'm not to bothered(ish).
p.s - I've also e-mailed Amazon.co.uk

More down to the manufacturers inflicting higher pricing on their EU partners rather than EU companies trying to screw their customers at least that is what they say...

I didn't say whose fault it is, just that it is very expensive and usually months late, as it will be here. Just look ath the PSP, i'll be twice the price as it is in the US and 5 months late.

As I had said earlier.... we should expect delays from iAudio. The product wont reach EU or US until june or September. That is my prediction. But....I'll wait while I play with my H10.

Does anyone now how you can contact Amazon UK? I can't find any bloody e-mail address or even a feedback form on their website.
I've tried using "sales@amazon.co.uk" but that doesn't exist and "orders@amazon.co.uk" I get an e-mail fired back to me saying this is an outgoing e-mail address only. It does provide links to LOTS and LOTS of FAQS none of which of course answer my question and none of which let me contact Amazon.
EDIT: I've found the link, talk about hard to find. It's hidden in their customer charter:

Theres some truth in this - I enquired with SunTec and was told that iAudio refuse to allow them to ship to europe, purely to protect the higher prices inflicted on europe (that last bit was my own input - but the gist of the message was just that)

PCIHO have the X5 up for pre-order for June:

I've asked about the X5L. It seems June is the date for the full release! I bet America gets it then.

Some!
From Advanced MP3 Players :( .
I don't mind June but July is risking I must have an MP3 player by mid July. If the X5L isn't out by then I'll have to get the M3L but will probably by from the mainland if it's not out in the UK by then.

Any update on when the X5L is coming out in England? I'm even clearing off the last of what's on my credit card specially, so I can get one without having to wait.
