Cracked Display

Very strange !
Never dropt it , never sat on it , always use plastic shield and case... how can this happen ???
Anyone else out there with cracked display ?

Usually not , but it should not crack so easy either !
The cracks come from the lower left corner and i suspect there is tension in the plastic probably from too tight mounting , when the player and display gets warm or cold the tension can get to much and it cracks , ive seen things like this happen before but im curios if its just my player or if its a common fault !

See what Cowon says. I would agree that they look like stress cracks, rather than anything sudden.. Either you pushed on the middle of the player very hard all of the time, or it is one of those ones that JUST gets by QC.

i cant see how anyone can do damage like that
user damage would leave somekind of distortion on the screen,
dose it still work??

contact cowon.. maybe it is a problem that they are aware of..
I think in Korea, u can go to their service centres and they replace the whole case for like 20-30 bucks..
