NTFS filesystem on SDHC?

Can a SD card support a NTFS filesystem?
I want to be able to put files >4gig on an 8gig card

I'm pretty sure the D2 itself wouldn't support NTFS even if the card did.

sillyrabbit, out of curiousity, what sort of large files do you want to place on the memory card? I can only think of DVD images being that large...

... which, anyway, couldn`t be played by the D2 without conversion

actually, there is an open source driver for NTFS, so including NTFS support in to the D2 could be possible,
