Flashing Main Screen

Have owned the D2 for less than one week, and today when turning it on, the COWON main screen keeps blinking on and off. I have hit the reset button and have had no luck. Anyone ever see this happen and/or have any suggestions?

I haven't had a blinking screen, but I've had garbage colors and I often had to hold the power switch in the OFF position for about 10 seconds to turn it off - resetting didn't help either. The cause was usually my memory card, and I had to take it out of the D2, turn on the player, and that fixed it. I'd stick the card in while the player was on, and it loaded fine after that. Happened to me twice, but that was when I had an older firmware.

On my original firmware, I had garbage colors after transferring tons of files to the player, then toying with the language settings and doing other silly things. I didn't have a memory card at the time. So I flashed the player with the same firmware, and that fixed it.

My guess is you need to flash your player because something corrupted it. Or just play with your memory card if you have one (take it out and turn the player on).
