Some files won't play even after converted

Is there a reason for this? I've converted quite a few videos and they work fine, but every once in a while I run across some that wont work no matter what I try. Is there a fix?

The X5 is rather picky about what it will play. If you convert a file that is copy-protected, it won't play at all. If you have not tried iriverter, do so (Google it). It is a good converter.
