I need idiot proof instructions to Upgrade to 2.45B

hi, could anyone spare some time to put up step by step instructions how to upgrade to this firmware. I have already bricked my player once [cursing] , wouldn't want to risk it again without proper instructions, thanks in advance.

drag the file from folder 0 in D2 root.
after that pull off usb cable and start the D2, and it will upgrade
after that connect D2 again and drag the file from folder 1 in D2 and do the same.
After that drag the 2 files from folder 2 to the root and restart.
Done.....

after i pull off the cable should the d2 be off or on, by start the d2 you mean slide the top button (just a short slide, or slide and hold for few seconds), when i replug the d2 for second file update should it be off or on?, sorry for the questions, i remember i did something wrong when i bricked it, not sure what it was. thanks

Following the instructions above in the link, i just went from 2.41 to 2.45b to 3.45b, all worked just in case anybody is afraid to try it. Thanks again. [thumbsup]
