Nice on DirtHerder. It's nice to see the X5 is virtually the same size as the M3!
What does it mean when it says "MPEG4 eastern image"???
very nice, im liking it.
it seems as thought thats a 20gb versions.
too tired to make sence of it all, however the pictures are really good. up close with a working unit. the comparison with the 20gb is also very nice.
i guess the x5l will be around 22mm mark in terms of thickness.
need a review that can be understood :)

Eastern Image is the way that Babelfish translates "firmware" so I believe it's talking about MPEG4 firmware.

Thanks Misticaudio.
That "color sound" tag still annoys me. As if sound has a colour!

Cool ! Now what we need is a REAL translation from a Korean person who speaks English very well so it would be easier for us to read. Not that it is too complicated to read but it isn't really comfortable.
Maybe the phrase "color sound" makes more sense in Korean, and Cowon forgot that idiom doesn't translate?

Heh heh yeah, I'd rather do without the Color Sound tag and just have more screen ^_~

Are the dimensions of the X5 smaller than the M3? It looks to me in those pictures its just an m3 with a 3mm bump towards the top. But i thought this model was going to be smaller in size. Can anyone confirm this?
No same base size with a 5mm hump on the top.
Well its 19mm thick and the base is 14.3mm, so the hump would be about 4.7mm.
