JetShell - doesn't recognize D2

Hi,

I am trying to get my new D2 working with JetShell. I have tried installing the version that came with the CD. When that did not work, I tried downloading it from the website. Either one says "Can't find the Device. (Check if power is on and USB cable is properly connected.)"
It says that, but I can successfully get to it through windows explorer as well as Windows media player.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. FYI, my PC is running Windows XP Home with SP2.

Try using MSC instead of MTP.

Sorry.....can't do that. If I use MSC I can't sync my music library with my YahooMusic Unlimited subscription music. [no]

Any other thoughts?
