Just wanted to put some pics up of this clip I can put on the D2..

It's also removable for different times when I may need it or not...

I used industrial strength velcro for the job...and believe me the velcro stays on with no problem..if I have it clipped to my gym shorts and it gets bumped the velcro won't give...pretty much it will pull my shorts off before the velcro would.

I don't like cases because it covers the beauty of the player..that's why I do it this way...I have the same thing on my U2.

It also makes a great adjustable stand for watching movies.

But doesn't that mean you have some furry velcro permanently glued to the back of your D2? :-S

Yeah emjay1....it does...it doesn't bother me...it's perfect for my use..[smile]

That's a good idea actually, I wouldn't mind one on my clear case.

What did you use for the adhesive? or is the velcro self adhering?

Yes it has a real sticky side...very easy to apply...I just clean the suface with windex to make sure all the skin oil and dirt is removed...it's very strong...

It's "Velcro" brand velcro....industrial strength.

actually rather nice looking. personally, i'd be worried about the adhesive residue, but still, nice job. i don't really ever have a use for a clip.

No Yurre it's not a money clip but it's made very much like a money clip....You could use a money clip in the same way...in fact I'm looking around online for a money clip just incase I lose this one.

Actually that clip was an after market clip made to attach to Cowon's black case made for the U2.

Thanks Rockin_amigo14...[smile] ...but I'm not sure what you mean that you'd be worried about the adhesive residue??
