Ok, I know this may be dumb questrion, but it looks like the A2 has a bigger screen, and plays better video, and plays music as well, so I know also the A2 will be more, but say if they were both same price would you rather buy the A2??
Just curious on why limit yourself to a smaller screen and less quality video when for same size almost you can get much better video with A2??
Is there anybody planning on buying both A2 and X5??

The X5 is primarily an MP3 player, with video support (and small), as opposed to the A2 which is primarily a video player (and therefore much bigger) with direct video encoding and added MP3 playback.
Before I bought my phone (Compact MDA/iMate Jam/XDA II Mini), I was very keen on the X5 to store & show pictures and as a replacement to my lovely M3 - and the 60gb drive still makes it tempting.
Now my phone can read my camera SD card, and has a bigger screen than the X5, it's less important - and so I may consider the A2 if it has a big enough HD and USB OTG, but it's less important as a film viewer (which really I hardly use) as I can encode a 2 hour film into 128mb, and my phone has WMP and a 1gb card....
Problems problems !

Well... I personally would buy the X5 but I do prefer the A2's features more than the X5 because I find recording from the TV very useful. However the A2 is not really pocket friendly and I bet it's going to come out in Summer without a wallet friendly price tag.
son - you say they the same size, im sure if you look up the sizes which have already been stated on this forum, you would find that the size is not exactly "procket friendly" (well said shaka).
they are both differetn players aimed at different markets. the a2 being a pmp and the x5 basically being a dap. i cant see myself carrying around an a2. and as for price, you always have to take that into consideration.
dunno if this relates in anyway with price, but theres a funny advert on uk tv for bt broadband i think. this guy wants to buy a camera, the assistant shows two camera which are the same price however ones got a zoom. the guy goes for the non zoom.....actually there is no moral in me saying this :)

Size for me the A2 will be to big. I want a decent small MP3 player first.
If it can play basic video then great. I suspect the video will be (while basic) pretty good and more than fine for watching a film on.
