level music of mp3

hi everyone,
i have a problem with my mp3 music in my d2.they are all not level,im using the volume around 28,sometimes one music plays really loud and another sometimes very low.can someone help me what program i can use to level all my mp3 music.

Despising the D2's problem..

Verify if your mp3's volume are normalized, download mp3gain and apply 97dB to all your mp3 (you can choose from 95dB to 97 - this is recommended).
