Where can i buy metal stickers?

I was woundering where i can buy metal sticker "D" like the one in the metal stickers forum that is in/ ships to the US. Does the metal sticker fit inside the crystal case? If it does, it also has to include the crystal case on the website, because i don't want to spend a lot for shipping. Finally, does the metal stickers weigh a lot?
