HI

I own jetaudio 6 plus version. I installed Jetaudio7 beta over it and all the plus features are enable except the video extension pack. I completely uninstalled, reboot and re-installed everything from scratch but still no luck.

Any ideas how to make it to work..

I also own JetAudio 6 Plus version and just installed the Cowon Media Center (Version 7.0.3001 Plus VX) and have the same problem.

No User defined option in Convert Video.

I've had the same problem. However I installed this version http://product.cowon.com/product/product_cmc_jetaudio.php over the old jetaudio 6 plus and now it works.

I tried reinstalling Jetaudio Plus and then installing the version in the link and it still does not work.

I downloaded from:

http://download1.iaudiousa.com/JetAudioInc/jetAudio/JAD7_PLUS_VX_u.exe

Installed over 6 Plus.

It has all Audio and Video features

Warning:
Portable device manager doesn't work (so far) with the X5 and A2 (probably others too)

The user defined option for video's still does not work. All the other Plus stuff does.
