I'm getting Zenus Leather Case

Just along with the batches of Cases and Metal Sticker,
I took a shot at Zenus Leather Case.

I really want to check its build quality and functionality.
I read many good reviews about this in Korea.
It made me not to pass on it and it looks pretty nice to avoid it.

Maybe I'm the first one to get this case in here.
When I get them, I will post pictures as well.

Sorry for getting this only for me.
I may start thread when I get them, if someone shows some interests.

Got my case today.
The quality is pretty good, and I'm loving it.
All slots are accessable.

1 personal dislike, there is no hole for the strap.

J/K. Currently, cases are pretty hard to come by here in the states, but there has been a rumor discussed elsewhere that mistic audio will have a D2 leather case in the near future.

are the cowon official leather cases currently being sold at jetmall the same as this zenus case? just with a COWON logo replacing the ZENUS logo on the front?

Looks exactly the same as my Cowon case, different name on it.

Has a snap closure over the door covering the USB port/reset/power in port, and a magnetic closure on the flap over thescreen. Lacks belt clip or a spare SD card pocket. Well-made.

i own the cowon leather case as well. but as the closure ia a magnetic one, i just wondered whether this magnetic field would affect the flash memory. does anyone know how flash memory reacts when it is exposed to magnetism?

That question was asked here before a while back. AFAIK the magnet on the case is too weak to cause any damage.

that is what i thought, although the magnet in the closure attracts all the small coins in my pocket, so it is not that weak. thus i hope the designers of the case took into account that there is flash memory nearby

This is a great case even thought the screen doesn't fit perfectly inside, to my mind...

another advantage of flash...its not affected by (that weak) magnetic fields, if it would be a harddisk, it wouldnt be so good proably ;)

I just wanted to confirm that I bought this same case off www.mp3-player.de (http://www.mp3-player.de) for 22.80 euros (plus the shipping for this and two more items 22.90 euros).

Just as Lukekeeeee, Jimbo3b, VClouds have stated, the only difference is that everywhere where it says Zenus my case carries the name Cowon. All the rest is identical 100%.

However, the website of www.mp3-player.de (http://www.mp3-player.de) showed (still shows?) a different case where the "cover" opens from right to left. In any case, it seemed to be the same quality and type of material.
