First post and i'm very new to D2 community.
I currently live in US, and I just purchased D2.

I just found out there is no place to buy D2 Plastic shield case in US.
so I think it'd be better to grab some cases from Korea directly.

Since I'm Korean myself and have some ppl oversea to help me out, It seems like simple.
But the shipping is pretty high to get just one.
I might end up getting some cases and sell it on ebay or so.

Any interest?

well that's depend on quantities and weights
plus some appreciate money (not big though) for the person who handles it for me in Korea

The case itself around $10 each
plus shipping (worldwide + domestic) = no idea yet
but will not over $25 hopefully

That UK company I sent you -- they are charging double the price; looks like maybe they're just ordering them from a place like you showed here and doubling the price (I might be wrong on this, but looks like it could be the same exact case for more than double the price- before shipping).

You know - I thought these cases should be more like $10; instead of the $30! you'll sometimes see them for. Of course, the shipping is the killer too...

Ordering mine in the UK came out to a little less than $28USD from amazon uk. (Luckily I have some friends visiting the UK the next two weeks so they can bring it back for me)so that seems like an appropriate price.

One has to wonder why cowon korea hasn't shipped them to any of their official retailers outside korea.

Until they do though, it seems like they'll be in that $20-$30 range no matter what method is used.

Ordered my Cowon D2 from JetMall yesterday along with an InvisibleShield. I signed up for the site yesterday and just realized that I needed to sign up for the forum as well [biggrin] but I sent you an e-mail as I'm definitely interested in getting a plastic case. If I can get one, then all I will need is an 8gig SDHC...assuming they fix the firmware...[confused]

Don't worry, USPS priority is pretty fast.
It's moving even if it's weekend.
