Hi, Ive been browsing around iaudiophile forums for a while, and since Ive become a new owner of the Cowon D2, Ive decided to join the community because I am sure Ill need tons of help to start up.

Anyways, Ive seen some bad reviews of the NuShield screen protectors, so I decided to order a differint kind.
The Durasec Cleartech or the Durasec Hightech looks great.

The Hightech is a bit more expensive than the ClearTech, But it has self healing for small scratches.

My question is, Has anyone used the Durasec Brand yet? Did I make a bad buy?

It looks pretty nice from what Ive seen. I want other peoples opinions.
If youve never heard or seen the Durasec screen protectors, heres a link.

I ordered some cleartecs, but afterwards I read some bad reviews on them, bubbles that won't press out and gloss issues. I got some nushields coming in as well, so i'm not sure if i'll install the cleartecs, i'll let you know if i do though.

I was looking at the shieldzones elastic non adhesive type.
But it looks like the covers that you get with your new cellphone, or anything eles.

And it also looks like a magnet for bubbles if you cant get it right.

I got the Durasec Hightecs off eBay.

It's quite thick (and a little cloudy still, but it's supposed to clear up), so your screen is well protected, and the touch-screen sensitivity remains great, but mine were cut a bit too long so part of it sticks out into the frame.

Tried removing the 1st one (it came with two) because I screwed up and the adhesive seemed quite strong (it looked like my screen was actually lifting a little as I tried to take it off...is the screen supposed to be that flexible?).

I'm just gonna leave it on for now until more screen protectors come out and there's a better general consensus about which one is best.

Im a little skeptical about the adhesive.
Or you can say paranoid.

If its strong enough to lift the screen you shouldnt put it back on.
Cause overtime itll dry and get even harder to take off (I think)

Now it seems Ive wasted 9 bucks on a pack of Durasec.

The Cowon manufactured protectors work GREAT though!
