Is there anywhere we can buy clear cases for D2 in USA?

I see they are available in UK, Korea, and other places, but not US yet?

When these become available, can someone please post links? Thank you!

Hmm... But: Shipping to USA is like $26. Seems like a lot for a $20 item. I guess I'll just have to wait...

Sadly, with Cowon's players, the cases typically become available after the player - in the U.S. at least. I just got my case today (I got the last one misticaudio.com had, thanks Jeff!) and I think it should be packaged with the player. The i5 had a case included. My F1 and U3, I had to get it seperately.

Why is Cowon so frugal? It's not like there's a plastic shortage. What the hey.

For what it's worth, I hope the cases are in stock soon. It's a must-have item.

keal, do you have the "crystal case?" I've seen plastic cases for other Cowon players but they don't appear to be crystal cases.

Yes, I have the D2 crystal case, on the packaging it's called the "Cowon D2 Shield"

Like you mention, the earlier Cowon players I have had soft, pliable plastic cases. Looking on Jetmall's site, I noticed the T2 and the A2 both have hard plastic cases available. The D2 crystal case is just like those. It comes in 2 pieces, and you snap it onto the D2 [smile]
