D2 won't mount. Please help.

I upgraded to 3.41. Everything works great, however after I filled the d2 lastnight whith pic., and mostly flac files now I can not mount the device. I can not play any music, video, text, or pics the player just freezes. I hit the reset button but no changes. When every thing was working I only had a few songs. now i have 3.5 gigs of music and som pics and nothing works. I cant even mount it I tried a mac and a linux computer, They both worked earlyer. any help

I had the same problem, I upgraded to 3.41b and it didn't format the player properly, it freezed all the time, and it didn't mount first, but then it worked, I downgraded to 2.20 and then back to 3.41b and now its working fine...

dunno bout you, but i:

turn off D2
plug in the cable to a primary usb2 port
plug cable into D2

at least then it worked, right?

That is want i want to do. I cant mount it to transfer the files.

Here is the error that is generated in my sys.log

USBF: 4694.202 [0x1940e00] The IOUSBFamily was not able to enumerate a device.

I am using a mac with os x 10.4.8. I have also tried mounting it on win xp with no luck

have you tried the reset sequence from the instruction manual?

Thanks but it did not work. It does not even go to the language screen like the manual shows.
