Heres a link to a very trustworthy seller for the above cases, apparantly numbers are limited

The site is an upgrade of MisticAudio, the store from MisticRiver, have lots of great feedback!

Edit The store is not running a secure server yet.... so they wouldn't advise anyone order by credit card until this is done...

Ugh.... shipping to Hawaii is about $30.00 just for a $16.00 case. I wish they offered USPS service [mad]

Looks like I'll have to pray for someone to sell the case on eBay, or maybe Jetmall will get it along with their next batch of D2's [smile]

I just got the confirmation email. Mine are on the way. I will let you guys know what it's like when it gets here. I am not a big fan of these plastic style cases but I figured something is better than nothing.

Jeff had a case for me, so I ordered it, then I went to Jetmall and the D2's were back in stock! Luckily Jeff sold the cases because Jetmall didn't seem to get cases with this shipment of players.

I went ahead and ordered my D2. All I need is an SDHC card, but I'll wait until a stable firmware is released and all the buggies worked out [smile]

did they offer you a different service (USPS) than the FedEx to here in hawaii. i was going to order from them earlier then saw your post about the price so i backed off and didnt have the time to send jeff a message when someone suggested to. if so, how much was shipping to hawaii? cause once they have the leather case in a month, im gonna get it. noreve case is very nice but very pricey with total cost incl s/h at about $50. would like to save about $10-20 which will go to a 4 or 8 gb card. already shelled out 180 for the D2 and about 160 for UE superfi pro 5 IEM. right now im protecting it in a digital camera hard case.

Yes, Jeff sold the case to me for $20.00 flat and is shipping it through USPS. He was so nice, he contacted me first! [smile]

Just got mine today. It looks and fits good. I wish it had a belt clip but other than that it looks good. All of the controls and buttons are exposed. It doesn't need to be taken off to charge or plug anything in.

You know what works awesome as a clip....you buy a cheap metal money clip...one side has to be flat..most of them are.
You buy industrial velcro...put the piece of the soft part of the velcro on the back of the D2's case or on the D2 itself and put the other peice of the velcro on the flat side of the money clip...it's impossible to get knocked off...I even have a hard time pulling them apart.
Just make sure you clean both the D2 and the clip of any skin oil or any dirt with windex first before you apply the velcro....I even like to use some steel wool right on the spot where I'm going to put the velcro..it makes the velcro stick much better....mine has been on my U2 for 2 years.
