Okay that's great it has native Ogg Vorbis and Ogg FLAC support. But does it support Ogg gapless?

I use FLAC-2. On my U3 I tried it all the way up to FLAC-8 and they all played perfectly. I imagine the D2 is the same.
Don't know about ogg gapless. Is this just standard ogg? If so i could give it a try if you like.

It seems to me that you are implying that there is a difference between a regular vorbis file and an ogg file which supports "gapless." Is this true, or are you asking whether the D2 can play ogg vorbis files with no gaps in-between them? If the latter is true, then this answer is no. The D2 does not have gapless playback. But, the gaps are shorter than many players that I have heard. I play mainly vorbis files and flac files on my D2.
Hope that helps. [smile]

Yes that is what I am asking.
...The D2 does not have gapless playback.
That's too bad! [sad] The D2 should support gapless playback.

Yes, it absolutely should. [yes]
