It would seem to me if Cowon took a D2 and used a X5 form factor and a 30 gig or larger HD with just a couple of added features you would have a awesome update for the X5. It would be a pretty sweet player. [thumbsup]
Yes, but then we would want a larger screen to fit the form factor and then it would be too close to an A3[wink]
i'm not sure how much a 30gb hd weighs, but if a 30gb and 2~8gb weigh almost the same, bring it on!!!
They don't make 30Gb hard drives that small.
How about a 32gb SDHC card. That Would be sweet

I really like the D2 but I am having a hard time deciding what songs to take with me everyday. I just want to take all my music. LOL

Well, if you take the D2 and extend the bottom side downwards using the plain black material (no screen or a little larger screen but not covering the whole player) and put the HDD and possibly a larger battery in there then I reckon that will be a nice X7! Well, it would need to be a little thinner though. No point in making the screen too much bigger, it's not meant to be a PMP which is what quite a lot of people seem to want which just confuses me!

I'm in the Same boat I have a Zen M and it can hold alot, what I use my D2 for is Albums, When I get an Album I'm really interested in listening to all the way thru and with the best Sound quality I'll listen on the D2, My Zen M and V spend alot of time in Shuffle mode.

And 32 GB Cards are coming it's just a matter of time until they a affordable.
