Ok I have finally ordered a D2 4gb and a noreve case. Its gonna be a real upgrade from my JOS MP110 128mb with 7mW + 7mW in output[laugh] .

The headphones I´m gonna buy will probably be d-jays from Jays. (a Swedish brand)

I´m also gonna order 2x 8gb sdhc cards so I will have total 20gb [thumbsup] .
What cardreader do I need with sdhc cards?

its one of the fastest /writers/readers out there...

the blue reader is crap!

sorry... for sdhc you shoud take the reader included in the package of sandisk ultra III

Hope sdhc support for 8GB comes soon then. 20GB flash memory with that screen is... well, worth it ;)

Yes hope it will work with the next firmware. I think I´ll wait and see.

You dont have to be rich to afford them, only 500 SEk each, pretty good price. [toungue]

Where did you see that reader? Isnt there anyone on that page that will work with sdhc?

its about 630 NOK for a 8GB card, which is damn nice! once they get them in stock again

Does it say its out of stock? I dont understand german so well.
Yeah its a really good price but the ship cost is kind if expensive I think, thats why I will order 2 cards when I´m at it.

Is the speed on that card good enough to read everything you can play on a D2?

Do you know if anyone have tried 8gb cards with the present firmware? I mean could it work now?

no it won´t work... I am from Germany and Cowon europe is in Frankfurt so i called them and they confermed, just like advancedmp3players.com, that 2.30 will make it possible to use 8 gig sdhc at their full capacity!

My second cowon comes already with it... in 7 Days!!!!!

I was talking about ordering 8GB card from norway, where i live, not from that german site. The customs charges would make it more expensive to order from germany anyways

The 4gb were not supposed to work yet, no one that has tried a 8gb has posted here.
