Full screen cover art?

It would be great to see:

1. Full screen cover art during playback or the cover art as wallpaper.

2. A larger text display of Artist, Album, Track, & Duration

A combination of both of these options would be great for use in a car with the unit mounted and displaying this information more visibly.

I flashed the 2.20 using your patch. Thanks! How exactly do we "do" it; make full screen text?
Does the patch make the font a bit bigger? And is the changelog of 2.20 talking about full screen text files or full screen track info for ID3 info?
