Hi Guys,

i want to buy me a COWON D2 in the next few days. (u can look at my other thread about shops too)
My question is:
what are the experiences with COWON and their firmwares? Are they trying to keep their product up to date and to make it better with new functions (like D2 wishes: gapeless, sdhc, id3 tag scrolling)
or are they just correcting bugs with the firmwares?

their is no doubt cowon will keep introducing D2 fw for a long time.

if you take a look here:

http://iaudiophile.net/forums/showthread.php?t=13059

you will see that it the next fw update could have sdhc, id3 tag browsing support.

They fix bugs and also encorp new features.

Also in that link is some sort of note pad feature? i cant quite work it out yet.

cowon is one of the better companies when it comes to producing firmware updates.
