DIY D2 stand in 12 minutes

Needed a stand for my D2, the stylus thing sucks. Used 12 minutes from i got the idea to i'd made it, while talking on the phone, so if anyone don't like it IDC, materials are free and it works great for me [rolleyes]

Parts needed:
Foam thingy
Exacto blade

love the sansa dock. not crazy about the D2 stand, but very cool nonetheless. definitely something i could never pull off.

i think i'll stick to the stylus though.

Heh like i said, just something i put together in 12 minutes while on the phone. worked great to put it on the nightstand, more sturdy than the stylus. Going to make a more permanent stand sometime, have lots of ideas

i agree, the stylus sucks. i was using it today and i barely like touched my player and it fell over, lol. that's not such a bad idea, hmm.

K. I don't own one so I'm not familiar with the issues of it, but...

Wouldn't it be easier to add some weight/stand/adition to the stylus, that'll fit on a key chain?

Or if the issue is with it coming out of the slot, add some epoxy to it to make a tighter fit?

Not to be rude, but you'd might as well have stuck it in between a couple of rocks.
