Any website willing to sent D2 as gift item?

I live in Canada and the custom often charge 2 taxes, a brokerage fee and that two taxes for the brokerage fee on any incoming non-gift item. do anyone know websites selling D2 thats willing to mark it as a gift under US 40.00? thanx!
