When you play a video, does the EQ, Machbass, MP3 Enhance, etc. work on it?

I'm very concerned because I will be using my D2 mainly for watching music videos, and if the audio enhancements don't work on the videos, I might consider an A2 or A3.

Any info appreciated, thanks in advance!

I can't answer your question Keal because I don't own the D2 yet....But maybe you could help me out...where can you get high quality music videos from? Can you download them somewhere..I downloaded a couple from limewire but the quality is poor, no where near dvd quality.

Yes all the sound enhancing features work on video also. I believe that video sound quality is limited to 128 kbps though regardless of the source's audio bitrate.

I don't know where to find high quality videos on the internet, but I have a lot of music DVDs from Japan, so I convert them to .avi files.

Thanks for the info, r3d! I don't mind the 128 kbps limit on the videos... it still sounds great to me! I might not be able to wait for the 4GB D2 now :)
