Can't Sign in to Cowon website!!

Hi folks, I got my A2 a few weeks ago. It had 1.68 firmware. I'd like to update to 1.85. But I can't seem to log on to the Iaudio Cowan website. I've got an Id but the site doesn't allow me to insert a password. So I can't update my A2. I've emailed the manufacturers, even used the forgotten password option but no replies. I'm stuck at the 1st hurdle. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is there another way of getting this firmware. A tel. number too Cowan would be even better.

many thanks omjeremy...how easy was that. And here I was running round in circles all these weeks....thanks again. all I need to do now is install it. By the way is SYSTEM, the root folder on the A2 to upload the firmware?

The root folder is the highest level folder (\). SYSTEM is by definition _not_ the root folder since it's a subdirectory.
