I've bought my D2 yesterday.I had an X5 but I love this one more. Its smaller and with its touch screen its amazing easy to use the controls, something the X5 didn't have :-(

Ok I've got only one mayor question..

When using the D2 with the Equalizer in Normal it sounds ok with my Shure e2's headphones but when playing with the User options the sound improves bigtime!

What's the best setting for normal and acoustic music? Can some of you please give me their settings? So the Jet effect (EQ) and BBE etc also.

hope to get some replies :D

It really is up to you. Really depends on the headphones and what style of music you listen to. What I did is I listen to a few songs and set things up just right for my headphones :)

Yes, all down to personal taste! Personally I try to use as few enhancements as possible.

Since I use earbuds I find I never need to boost the bass. I added a touch of BBE to "freshen" the sound, and I set the EQ to 'Rock'. Sounds great to me. A lot better than my old iPod ever did.

If you check out the threads on the Korean Cowon site, there are a few recommendations from users or experts about how best to set the EQ. Thing is, I can't really understand what they're talking about ;o)
