View Full Version : delete CD from directory
I accidentally downloaded the same CD (music) twice. How do I delete without deleting the whole directory?
Why not just connect your A2 to your PC then delete the files that way?
Yes, but I was hoping to delete it without involving the computer. I thought there might be a quick way to just do it on the A2. When I highlight that CD on the A2 the only choice I get regarding Deleting is Delete Dir. Am I correct in believing that would erase my whole CD collection that I've transferred to the A2? I'm surprised it doesn't give me the option to delete simply that particular CD.
When I connect my cable to record from my DVR, I have to play around with the connection until I get a clear picture on the video. I don't understand what the problem is. Do you think I need to buy a new cable? I have to turn and twist the part that plugs into the A2 and be very careful when I place the A2 down to leave it to record the TV show. Any ideas?
Thanks so much!
Amy
If you select a folder and hit 'Delete Dir', I assume it will only delete that directory, though I could be wrong. But then, this is why I keep everything backed up to my PC. You should be able to go into the folder and delete individual files in any case.
Not sure what to tell you about the DVR issue...I haven't had any problems with the cable myself.
thanks so much! I'll just go to my PC and delete from there to play it safe.
