In my country television broadcasting standard is called dvb-t and if you want to use new televisions you have to buy one witch is dvb-t ... Is it same thing as dmb or can dmb use dvb-t as signal source and work with it (for movies)?

Also do D2 have usb host or usb on the go?

No, no USB-OTG ... it has an SD Card reader though, so that pretty much makes up for the missing USB Host functionality.

And there are no plans for a DVB-T model as far as I know.

I guess u live in Europe like me.
You're right, here dvb-t is the new broadcasting standard for tv, but there's also another new standard called dvb-h (h=handeld). It's made for watching tv on portable devices like pmps and mobile phones, and that's also what dmb is for.
Though dmb and dvb-h are incompatible and the first is being used in China, Korea and Japan, the second in most other countries (europe and soon USA and China again.

I hope cowon will put a dvb-h capable chip on the EU and USA version, if it ever comes out!

DMB is the same as DAB as is short for digital radio. IT has nothing to do with digital television (DVB).

The D2 doesn't have USB OTG or USB host or anything like that, and you can't copy stuff from/to the SD-card from the player interface.

^ DAB is digital radio only, whereas DMB is capable of transferring digital video aswell. DMB and DAB are NOT the same.

Japan have a different model which uses a 1seg receiver (the D2 model is known as D2TV), Korea use DMB and so Cowon released a D2 with DMB receiver in that market, both these can watch video broadcasts.

Tommy, you do realise you resurrected a dead thread? well if not you do now :P
