Where can I get an A2 screen cover?

Hi - a UK newbie here.
I let my son have my A2 for an hour and guess what, the screen is scratched badly.
I've already listed him on ebay for spares or repair, but what can I do about my beloved A2? Is there a place where I can get a new glass plate for the screen? I'm quite happy to take it apart to replace as I've already done that with the drive & battery.

wow! What did he do? The screen is protected by a thick plastic screen protector. If he scratched that i don't think it can be repaired. I think you should return it and get a new one. How big is the scratch?

Big. Very big. It looks like he's been ice-skating on it. Luckily it's all in the top right corner, but still unbearable. I didn't realise the surface cover was plastic, it feels like glass to me. Do you know if the case comes apart sufficiently to remove this and either replace it with a home-made job or buy a new one from somewhere?
I'd go as far as a whole new case cos I can't look at it now and I can't do without my A2, will need to revert to my X5 for a bit.
