A2 Jet Shell and Serial Numbers

I downloads JetShell (can't find my original A2 CD) and tried to install it- it asks for a serial number. The one off the back of my A2 (PBXXXXXXXXX) doesn't work. What is the deal- is just some subset needed or what?

there is a sticker containing the serial number for jetshell. it comes with the CD. it should be in the box..look around
