i don't think you should get this if you don't get it for a real bargain. it's a lil old (in PMP time) and supports max 640 x 480 video. but if your wife wants the camera, you should go for it. i think samsung has a PMP cum digital camera which actually has a lot of megapixels. but supports only memory cards, and has little internal memory.
bottom line-do more research..

The camera it's just extra but since I can get this one for $150 I tho it would be neat plus cheap.

For this price, its a steal. I'd just purchased this supportplus PMP a week ago and loved it. TRUST ME THIS PMP IS OUGHT TO BE THE BEST PMP out there AT THIS PRICE. I THINK THIS PMP WILL OUT PERFORME MOST IF NOT ALL, PMP OUT THERE IN THE MARKET. Supportplus doesnt have any updates for this PMP i think. Well, if it does, it is not posted anywhere. Trust me I've looked everywhere. I found out that you can use Sorell sv 10 firmware and update it in the supportplus PMP. Supportplus PMP is if not the same, then identical to Sorell SV 10. Im not sure what is going on, but i know Sorell SV 10is priced at over $500. So basically, this PMP is really a Sorell SV 10. hurray for those who owned one. You have a Sorell Sv 10 firmware. It even say "Sorell" when powering up the PMP. You must be insane not to purchase it. If some of these features can be twisted alittle, i will have this PMP at the top of my list. I've pretty much tried out all the PMP out there. Well, except those PMP that are retaile at $800 and above. Some features or functions can be annoying, but at this price, it is a bargain. I think it is TOO good to be true. I'd just purchased another of the same PMP today, so im getting it sometime next week. Those of you who havent gotten a PMP yet, and out there on the market, try this PMP. IT IS WELL WORTH IT. Guaranteed!

OK, I got it yesterday, I followed 'mienhmario' advice and look up the sorrell firmware. I charged the unit before doing anything else and then I downloaded the sorrell firmware into the unit, it works great and my wife loves it.

The unit it's smaller than the A2 and the buttons are just a bit hard to get used to it but once u get it it's easy, it dosent play wmv but avi looks great plus if u want to skip to the next video it does it really fast, the speakers on the unit do sound better than the A2 and u can customize the colors on the menu icons. The unit is lighter than the A2 but the carrying case is gay. Video recorder is nice image but u need to do it in a light area. The FM radio works with headphones plug.

So far that's all I have check and done. Overall if u want a cheap PMP this is the one. I still need to check the converter program it comes with and download music and photos and text into it, there dosent seem to be any space for album art.

Tnxs u guys for ur advice and opinions

man i am really getting convinced to buy this if i get a chance...i can use it more often in the bus and everywhere. how does the sound quality compore to the Cowon's? how is it possible to load a Sorell firmware in it> they must be using the same platforms of course.... i think there will be a day when ppl can buy the A2 for a cheap price like this PMP. i'll be the mienhmario of that day! :p
