As far as I know you don't, in that there isn't a plug-in for it.

I read somewhere on these forums that you had to tweak something. It's possible.

You sure you're not thinking of rockbox or MM? I've seen discussions about using scrobbler for those. I don't upload any info to Last.FM but in MM I use ScrobblerDJ to create mixes of my music.
