firmware first time

[help] Hello,
I have my new cowon a2 from 1 hour ago, I have a question. The first time installing firmware, Must I only install the latest (1.81), or I must also install the oldiest?
has the latest version(1.81) all the enhancements of the oldiest firmwares?

You only need 1.81. You don't need to install the old updates.

ohh.... i just got mine a couple of hours ago, and only took the 1.77, what does the 1.81 do?

and does anyone know if theres way to get bigger Album art? (maybe thats in the 1.81) ??? or...

nope..no improvement on the size of the album art it can display.i have my album art in the .folder format and everything can be viewed in the picture folder of the A2. they are there in both jpg and png so i can see the bigger picture there. if u are keen on using DMB, you should upgrade to 1.81. otherwise u are more or less ok with 1.77. if you want to skin ur A2, upgrade to the 1.81. it is always better to have the latest firmware installed

2. You have to have the DMB addon( $125USD iirc)

Are you saying that the newest firmwares have the older updates to?? Don´t I need to instal the older ones first??
