Cowon Repair Service

I have had my G3 for just over a year so it is out of warranty. Now my on/off button does not work. I tried Cowon's Customer Service number and it directs me online. Unfortunately I use Comcast which does not seem to work with Cowon's live chat or email. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to contact Cowon? I love the player and would like to get it repaired but don't know if it is worth it. Has anyone had experience with their repair service?

Have you tried the library or Starbucks? Their live chat was quick and helpful, but I know of no other way to contact them [surrend]

Thanks. I finally had my brother contact Cowon from his place of business. He received a RMA in no time. Even though my player was slightly out of warranty they repaired it at no charge. Quick turnaround time too. Very pleased with their customer service!![thumbsup] Just wish they had someone answering the phones if they're having online problems.
