my a2 keeps freezing in every movie

I just got my A2 from ebay and it is used but in good condition but I faced similar problems as the original poster but it was during music play. The sound keeps playing but the player just freezes and I can't do much unless I turn it off and then turn it back on. It happened 3 times already and I am a little worried and annoyed by it. I hope it doesn't happen a lot.

But what can I do to avoid this? Do I need to send it in to the company for RMA?

What firmware version are you guys using?

I am using the latest one which is 1.80 or 1.81 I think.

What format are your files in?

my files are mainly in mp3 format and some xvids and avi. It's all mix.

try to install the firmware 1.81 again. that should help.
